HFM consolidation question

Hi Friends,

I have a question regarding hfm consolidation.

We have several years of data and most of the older years are in published status.

For some business requirement, the business users need access to be able to run consolidaiton for the published years but even on giving them the access they are unable to run it,

it says that - You do not have the proper access rights to perform this task.

The administrators however are able to do so, does this mean that only administrators can run consolidation for published scenarios?

Can we do something to provide this access to business users?
