Database append from another oracle database.

Hi Everyone,

We have a database in the main office which is being accessed by employees nationwide  through VPN. However some sites have very poor internet connections (and it they are quite unreliable). One solution we see is to provide a database for sites that have poor connectivity. They will work with the local database as if if were the database at the head office. At late nights or early morning, the data that were entered at the database will be consolidated with data collected/entered at the head office as if the data were entered during data entry operations at the head
