we need advise from community how we can load our source db data to target db during migration initial load . our environment details,

Our source OS : Solaris 10 Sparc (standalone), Source Database : 11gR1 (11.1.0.7.0)

Our target OS: RHEL 6.9 (RAC) ,Target DB 12C R1 (12.1.0.2.0)

we will be using Golden Gate version: 12.1.2.1.0 (both side) for change replication.

we are migrating about 35 over db instances which are running on 3 different stanalone machines to 3 Node RAC db (target).

For initial load not sure how can do it with zero downtime. For TTS required downtime. Our DB size range from 1Tb- 3TB . SO datapump export import not suitable due to huge db size.
