Suggestion Required for Memory allocation

Dear Team

We need your suggestion for memory allocation for POS server :

Current Configuration  and Memory allocated for All Application :

Windows Server 2008 R2

64-bit Operation system

24 GB Server RAM

Store Server Allocated- 6 GB

Database memory - Automatic Memory Management

Middleware - 3 GB

Suggestions Required on Memory Allocation :

1. How much memory required for POS  server to have better RT-log generation when having bulk  Transactions from POS systems (We are expecting 800-1300 transactions per day)

2. Is there any way to enhanced the RT-log generation process

3.  can we exclude transactions which are cancelled like Table -tr_trn colum =sc_trn=3
