Blinking amber light on disk after fmadm repair command - by design?

Our T5140 server was shutdown during maintenance and the amber light near the power button came on.  I was trying to clear the errors in the ILOM when I saw a command "repair uuidofserver" which I thought would clear the error but instead it responded that the repair had been recorded.  Later I saw an amber light blinking on a disk so I think the command I executed caused this (guessing).  If that is the case, what command can I safely use to stop the amber light?  Is there a way to see which uuid I mistakenly set to repair?
