loadHier didn't write new SKU to local domain db

Hi masters,

The global domain is partitioned at SKU's higher dimension. When a new SKU is loaded by loadHier utility, I suppose both <global_dom>/data/hmaint.db/dim_sku.ary and <global_dom>/<local_dom>/data/hmaint.db/dim_sku.ary keep the SKU info.

Normal one:

$ printArray -array data/hmaint.dim_sku -allpopulatedcells | grep S4_000008053672882612

(LABEL $BUF$SKU$0014AEAC2344745F):    "S4_000008053672882612 0RX3447V 2991  47/" (STATUS $BUF$SKU$0014AEAC2344745F):    2.1236894925293e+14      (STLE $BUF$SKU$0014AEAC2344745F):    "STLE0RX3447V__ST1004RX" (BRCL $BUF$SKU$0014AEAC2344745F):    "BRCLST1004RX" (CLSS $BUF$SKU$0014AEAC2344745F):    "CLSSST1004RX"

$ printArray -array OPT_RX_RAYBAN/data/hmaint.dim_sku -allpopulatedcells | grep

Howdy, Stranger!
