Issue with Custom webadi integrator created based on package procedure after Patch 21662231:R12.BNEB

We recently applied RPC5 patches on our instance this included the below patches for webadi

  Post install recommended patch for R12.BNE.B.Delta.4

  Patch 21662231:R12.BNE.B 

After these patches are applied , we are noticing an issue with the new custom integrator created calling the PLSQL Procedure utilizing the DIF .

When we run the integrator we see that the package code is not getting called. The existing integrators works fine.

This is preventing us from creating new integrators
