How to Modify Expense Payment Email Notification Layout
We are in the process of upgrading from 9.2 Image 11 to 9.2 Image 23 on PeopleTools 8.55. I noticed in Image 23 the expense payment email notifications (Employee Notifications Process, Process Name: EX_EMPNOTIFY) have changed in that it now contains more information. One of the values it displays is the account number the funds are deposited into and appears to display the last 6 digits. We have some accounts that contain few digits, for example 7, and would not want 6 digits displaying. We would rather have it display the last 4 digits. Is there a navigation to change the template for the email notification? Additionally, another field says Bank Name but in our testing it has not populated a value in the field. Should a value display there?
