Processing option values not populating

Hi Team,

I have a report and a Processing option attached. This is the 1st time i am seeing that whatever is put in PO value that doesnt show up in debugger or in the code. Not sure why. I created another PO but that is also behaving the same. The value showing is always null for all the POs.

Any clue what could be happening?
