WA State Paid Sick Leave

We are working on setting up and testing our sick leave accrual to comply with WA State initiative 1433 which goes into effect in 2018.  It's been a long time since I set up a new accrual and don't remember the answer to this.  Is there a way to accrue sick leave when someone starts work but not allow the employee to take it for the first 90 days of employment?  Thank you.
