Siebel 8.1.1.14 SSO using Windows Authenication not working

Hi,

Trying to implement SSO using Windows Authenication in Siebel 8.1.1.14 but receiving below error in SWSE Log

ProcessPluginState ProcessPluginStateError 1 0000001a59d25680:0 2017-10-02 15:44:01  25276: [SWSE] Open Session failed (0x750238) after      0.0228 seconds.

ProcessPluginRequest ProcessPluginRequestError 1 0000001a59d25680:0 2017-10-02 15:44:01  25276: [SWSE] Failed to obtain a session ID. The authentication system cannot find the user with the specified username. Please check that you have entered the username correctly or contact your system administrator for assistance.

ProcessPluginRequest ProcessPluginRequestError 1 0000001a59d25680:0 2017-10-02 15:44:01  25276: [SWSE] Set Error Response (Session:  Error: 07668280 Message: The authentication system cannot find the user with the specified username. Please check that you have entered the username correctly or contact your system administrator for assistance.(SBL-DAT-00568))
