How to recover the password for Deployment server in compute cloud created by One CLick installation

Hi Team,

I have created JDE set up using One click installation and till yesterday the deployment server credential was working fine. Now i am unable to log in with same credential. Even i had created  the other user with Administrator Privileges, and no luck.

This probably a bug on compute cloud. Can anyone help me to log in to Dep server or how can i recover it. is there any way i can restore everything.
