SBC's keep on losing sip synchronisation.

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I am a registered Oracle customer working at Du in U.A.E

We have been facing an issue, for our Access SBC's.

The model is 4500

We keep on losing sip synchronisation between our HA nodes.

We are on an EOL version right now.

Support had ask us to tune values with regards, to HA synchronisation which were

media-manager

red-max-trans 50000

sip-config

red-max-trans 50000

The tuning of values has not worked so far.

There is also a recommendation to go for a ver upgrade.

I just need a confirmation that the ver upgrade is related to this issue, is this some sort of bug, or values need to be tuned in properly according to load on the nodes ?
