What is the URL to download the Siebel SIA OpenUI Innovation Pack 2014 and Patchset 10

Dear All,

I would need to set-up the local Development environment for the Siebel SIA CRM Innovation Pack 2014 with Patchset 10. We had installed this environment on other machines long time ago, but we do not have anymore the binaries on our local hosts.

I went on the https://edelivery.oracle.com/  website, but now I was not able to find the appropriate product.

Could anybody give me the link to the pages from which I can make this download. I need it for Windows pat form (x64 bit).
