Local web unknown Signin Error after OL - PD920 change

HI,

We have recently mapped Development OL (Object Librarian - 920 Datasource) to Object Librarian - PD920 (Prod) datasource. After that local web is not working on an develpment fat clients.

We have up dated the tnsnames.ora to have PD database entries every where. But still get the unknown JAS sign in error.

Jas.log says 02 oct. 2017 16:29:25,943 [SEVERE] - [JAS] Exception occured in the JDESignon.jdeSignon() :BuildUserSession Failed. com.jdedwards.database.base.JDBException: [DATABASE_CONNECT_FAILED] Database Connection failed for DataSource Object Librarian - PD920.

Jas.ini and Jdbj.ini is also reflecting prod values. But still the error.

We are on 9.2 apps, 9.2.0.2 tools. All servers are on Linux.
