Cost Group comingling error.

When i am doing subinventory transfer of Part # ABC from Sub1 to Sub2, i am getting cost group comingling error for below mentioned scenario.

Onhand of Part #ABC in Sub1, Loc1 having cost group CG1 is 100.

Onhand of Part #ABC in Sub2, Loc2 having cost group CG2 is 20.

when i am transferring 10 qty from Sub1 to Sub2, i am getting cost group comingling error. It is a WMS enabled Org but no cost group assignment rule has been defined.

i want to know the reason why i am getting cost group comingling error. because as per my understanding when the material #ABC will be transferred to Sub2, Loc2 the CG of the material changed to CG2 from CG1. so in Sub2, Loc2 all the material will have cost group as CG2. So why i am getting this error? And when system changes the Cost group.
