How to publish an FSG in Report Manager that groups data by Department and is displayed on 1 tab

     We have the requirement to publish a Trial Balance report in Report Manager. The report should group data by department and display it on 1 tab.  The FSG contains a content set to group the data but this causes each company to appear on a separate tab.  This is intended Oracle functionality.  Does anyone know of a way to satisfy our requirement?
