scheduled create accounting job did not pick up the new period date

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

We have scheduled create accounting program for AP/AR/ and cost management.

It has been running fine as scheduled but for this new month, we found out that the create accounting program has not automatically pick up the new period date in the parameter.

The job has been completed normal but the parameter is still showing Sept-30 not the Oct-26 period date.

What would cause this to happen? Nothing has been changed in the system.

Gurus, where should be began to investigate this issue? Please advise. Thanks.
