Copy POs - Invalid Item Category (12.1.3 VS 12.2.6)

Hello Group,

In 12.1.3, we were able to Copy a PO from a PO with Invalid Item Category, the PO was created in Incomplete Status.

We upgraded to Oracle 12.2.6, and now, we cannot copy a PO from a PO with Invalid Item Category. Is this a new functionnality in 12.2.6.

Let me know if you can find this in the documentation somewhere where this is explained that this is a new functionnality.
