JDE1: Country not printed on R04572 A/P Check output

Does anyone have this issue with check printing?  We have only a few out-of-country vendors but noted today with first payment to a new vendor that 'Canada' did not appear on the check to be mailed.

It does not appear as a choice in the processing options for address -- options are related to the city/state/zip code line of the address only.
