Dear,

Our client are facing the issue while download the file under complaints screen. Our Siebel version is 8.1.1.6 and our client accessing the Siebel application via CITRIX connection. For some of the user it is working and some of user facing this issue. Is there is any IE - 8 settings that needs to be change in order to resolve the issue? Please suggest us the permanent fix and any workaround for this issue.
