On-Hand Material Status and Lot Status Change

Hi,

I set On-hand material status to "Yes" in Oracle-EBS 12.2.6 and I want to manage ERES when user changes lot status from Material Workbench form (Tools - Status Update).

I have setup Electronic signature and e-record, workflow Event and AME on oracle.apps.inv.lotStatus.

When I change the status of a lot with on hand quantity greater than zero, electronic signature doesn't work.

Can someone help me?
