Oracle RAC for zero downtime

Hi Team,
we are trying To achieve zero downtime even during  Application Upgrade(Includes Database Schema Changes and EAR Upgrade) ,
When using Oracle RAC , Can application level  upgrades for Database(like Database Schema upgrades, procedures etc.) be applied node wise in Oracle RAC ?
