Hi All,

Format Payment Instructions with Text Output is completed with error & showing below detail against 'Completion Text':

"Internal Error to Payment Server: A remote host refused an attempted connect operation."

The log is also attached for more detail.

Application (Ebs): R12 (12.2.4)

Db Version: 11.2.0.4

OS: Linux6 - 86*64

System: Engineered System (Exadata X5-2)

Please share the resolution as early as possible.
