Integrating Siebel with ICS

Have a required to integrate Siebel IP 2015 with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

Is there any adaptor available to achieve this? Any documentation on this will also be helpful.

Currently we have configured a simple outbound Workflow which uses EAI HTTP Transport Business service to perform HTTP Post. But this was not successful and we ended up with an error "Cannot connect to the server(SBL-EAI-04115)".

Is there any suggestions for this error? Is there any alternative approach to achieve this?
