JDE E1 9.1 Role and Security - Dual / Multi Roles

Hi,

I'm working with the 9.1 environment and beginning to build security/roles for a client.

Previously I was warned against using dual roles and simply creating a single role with all applicable access. I did some searching on the Oracle website, but didn't find anything specific.

The client wants to use dual roles. For example, role Customer Service Manager with all applicable add/change capabilities to G42 applications, however this user has a 2nd role called Purchasing inquiries where View only is granted. When they log on, they select (1) role vs. the other to perform daily functions?

A) Are there any known issues / cons with using the dual role strategy?
