Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. My company is looking to add an additional Credit Rating for our customers.

We are looking to adjust how credit holds are applied when customers order cargo loads of product.

Can anyone provide guidance on how the Credit Ratings are created?
