OKL contract is suffixed with 'LR-XXXXX', what process generates these?

Came across a handful of these and am unable to identify what process created these.  The source is 'OKC_HDR' which would lead me to manual creations but still doesn't explain the 'LR'....

I am familiar with the suffixes for 'RB-XXXXX' (rebook) and 'REL-XXXXX' (release) but am unable to determine the source.
