Item Number in approval mobile application (M43083)

Hi Experts,

I noticed that on M43083 (9.2) application for approval process, there is not the item number, only description.

I saw on manual, but the only differences highlighted are those:

So I do not understand if I made a wrong setup or if the manual does not report all the differences. Can someone answer me?
