How to Identify the User ID of user Creating the blocking in Database?

Hello All,

In our project, we have been facing Blocking issues for past few days, when we receive the User ID and Query from DBA team.

we are unable to identify the User who is exactly creating the blocking as the blocking details will have the user ID mentioned as 'JDE'.

Is there any option available to drill down from the query to the user who is actually triggering the query from JDE Application.

And also the query contains variable values as P0, p1, p2, etc as shown below, is there any option to identify the exact query values passed?
