Issue with R03B50D running repeatedly until R03B50 is terminated.

We are upgrading from JDE EnterpriseOne 9.1 to 9.2. There is a new processing option for 9.2 on the Apply Receipts to Invoices (R03B50) batch version;  Process tab / option 4. Receipt Processing. 

If set to blank for Process Positive Value Receipts, the R03B50 and R03B50D jobs run as expected.

If this processing option on the R03B50 is set to 1 (negative receipts) or 3 (all receipts), the Known Invoice Match With Amount (R03B50D) runs repeatedly until we terminate the Update Receipts Header batch job (R03B551).
