How to search My Oracle Support for a list of open defects for a specific product and version?

I've had customers ask for lists of open defects for a specific product  and version.   Not sure how to create a search for that.

Is it possible to add boolean's to a search string to search for a search term  and exclude certain words?

e.g.

Search for:    defect   NOT "fix delivered in"
