SSO disabled iReceivables portal page for SSO enabled EBS application

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are on R12.1.2 and SSO is enabled in our environment.

We are implementing iReceivables module and we don't want to enable SSO for the external customers who will access iReceivables through DMZ server but and at the same  time, we want to continue with SSO option for internal users.

As per the Oracle development team, this is not possible as per the current design. Enabling SSO for extrnal customers is must if the SSO is enabled for the application environment.

The external customers will first connect to our company VPN and then access to iRecivables portal page by clicking the appropriate URL. Our network team has the opinion that enabling SSO using VPN is not possible.
