Confirmation of "as delivered" options for Expense Payment Email Notification Layout

We are in the process of upgrading from 9.2 Image 11 to 9.2 Image 23 on PeopleTools 8.55.  We are running into an issue where one of our business owners is questioning whether the new travel payment email notification layout for the bank account digits is correct.  (specifically how many digits should be masked).  In testing, we have found that the system will list 13 characters for the bank account number. The first 7 characters of the account number are displayed/masked as asterisks and then the last 6 digits of the account are listed.  For example, if your bank account number is 1213141516789, the travel payment notification will display the account as *******516789.
