Job Step Progression

Hello,

I am currently configuring/testing Job Step progression and I cannot achieve expected results therefore I need guidance where I do something wrong.

I am using the Stand-alone method.

Since the client went live with the Payroll in January 2017 and that no hours get accumulated for Step Progression before an employee is actually entering step progression, I understand that I need to manually create the history for the employee in the P071901 Work With Step Progression History program.

In order to help anyone to help me, the following info:

     - I am using the Overtime Rule Set, using a Call Custom Rule using the JDE provided StepProgressionHoursRule function name;
