Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Debugger does not display Application window

The debugger does not display the Application window. Other windows are ok to display.

Debugger should automatically display Application when we launch the debugger but it did not and the Appl icon is not working either.

I think the reinstall E1 might be able to fix the problem but want to see if there is other solution.

Please see the attached screen print and let me know if you saw this before and know how to fix.
