Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I received an alert (non oracle)

CRITICAL : process 9318/ora_tt00_dbname occupying Queue of 1353936

My question is which DB process is ora_tt00_dbname?
