Forecast set Consumptin option not enabled but it comsumed against sales orders

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

We are using supply chain planning(No ASCP) and R12 EBS.  we have not enabled this consumer flag on the forecast set. But we ran the  Consume Forecast set for the same forecast set program against the forecast set. It consumes the sales orders though that forecast set Consume option has not enabled.

How it is possible? Could any one have some experience on this. If you share the same would be appreciated.
