Timesheet Approval Workflow Customization

Hi,

As per current functionality in instantis if the team member submits a project related time entry it goes to the project manger for approval. Again if the team member submits a non-project related time entry it goes to resource manager. Is it possible to customize the time sheet approval workflow.(As per the requirement we have 2 project managers, so time entry of a team member related to that project should go for approval to both the project manager).
