Personalization links not visible in R12.2.6

Hello,

I have set these profile options to enable personalization links in OAF page (Debrief & agent dashboard). However, I do not see personalization links in R12.2.6.

Is there some other profile / step(/s) which are required to enable personalization links?

Create Seeded Personalizations - Y

FND: Personalization Region Link Enabled - Y

FND: Personalization Seeding Mode - Y

Personalize Self-Service Defn - Y

FND: Diagnostics
