Migrating Siebel environement to oracle cloud

Hi Community Folks,

  I have two questions.

1.) I have siebel 2014 in windows 2003 server and oracle 11g as db both hosted in VMware. Can I migrate it to oracle cloud(i.e. Enterprise cloud)?

2.) From what versions I migrate to cloud for different s/w in siebel environments instances (i.e. IIS, Load balancer, db and siebel versions)?
