Job Step Progression more than one job per employee
Hello All,
Is there a way to track Job Type/Step Progression hours for Job Types/Steps that do have an existing pattern defined in the Job Step Progression Parameters when such Job Type/Step is NOT the primary job type/step for an employee (e.g. an employee working at two different occupations).
SAMPLE SCENARIO:
1. Employee Master, Employee Organizational Assignment of the P0801 shows the following for an employee:
- Union 'ABC',
- Job Type 'SampleJob1',
- Job Step '1'
2. Job Step Progression Parameters:
- Union = 'ABC'
- Date range = 01/01/2017 thru 12/31/2040
- 4 Job Step progression records for Job Type 'SampleJob1', from Step 1 thru 4, each with their corresponding number of hours and other properties;
