Hyperion Financial reporting Patch Question

I have a question about  Hyperion financial reporting fusion edition--11.2.4.704.0129 patch was in test and prod instances but hyperion financial reporting fusion edition--11.2.4.705.0135 was in Dev so what has changed and if i develop report in dev and can i migrate it to prod will there be a difference?

1) What are changes between two patches?

2)will it effect report migrations
