R12 Payables False ACH Transmission Error Messages

In Oracle R12 Payables, we are suddenly getting false Payment Instruction Transmission failure messages for ACH transmissions to our bank, that state  "Transmission failed for Payment Instruction 123456" and the status says Transmission Failed.   In all of the cases where we received this message, the transmission actually went through to the bank successfully and there were no other issues in Oracle Payables.

Does anyone have any insight into why these messages are popping up and what we can do to stop the false error messages?
