R03B16A is a Long Running Job, any way to optimize?

Hi,

We have UBE R03B16A currently put on Scheduler to run daily and it never lasts before 1:30 Hrs - 2 Hrs. We have observed that due to this, sometimes other Jobs get held up and we had to end up killing this Job. Any suggestions to optimize its execution will be appreciated?
