Realtime Alert not getting triggered

Hello Experts,

I know Batch Alerts but completely unaware about real-time Alerts. Please hep understand on basic knowledge.

BU calc Rule for Condition validation -> CSOHAlt = if ( BUWPClsStkR < 0,"CSOH is Negative", ignore) and CSOHAlt having Base intersection same like BU workbook.

But unfortunately, Application I am not getting BU workbook Alert when my stock goes negative.

Please advice if doing incorrectly.
