I am running an Unconstrained Plan in ASCP. The plan works for 3 of 4 organizations and it used to work for the one that is now failing. It fails Memory Based Planner with the error APP-FND-01388.

Relevant part of the Memory Based Planner log:

value used for ROWS parameter changed from 1000 to 29

Record 1869: Rejected - Error on table MSC.MSC_SUPPLIES#, column NEW_DOCK_DATE.

ORA-01854: julian date must be between 1 and 5373484

 

 

MAXIMUM ERROR COUNT EXCEEDED - Above statistics reflect partial run.

 

Table MSC.MSC_SUPPLIES#:

1848 Rows successfully loaded.

1 Row not loaded due to data errors.

20 Rows not loaded because all WHEN clauses were failed.
