Requester should not be able to see requisitions generated by other requester

Hello All,

We have a requirement wherein the Business wants to restrict the PR/PO summary and Query window to display PR/POs created by the Requester/buyer himself and not anyone else.  It means requester should not be able to see requisitions generated by other requester and buyers should not be able to see PO generated by other buyers.

Any help would be appreciable.
