Searching for the firmware on SG-XPCIEFCGBE-Q8-N

I've been in the MOS for over an hour and I don't think there is a firmware update for this model. Someone pointed to patch 149175-12 but that does not reflect the hardware I found the firmware patch on Qlogic but I'm being told to find the firmware from Oracle.
