Trying to renew the code signing certificate for Oracle forms, but's not updating the jar files

Our code signing certificate used to sign the Oracle Forms jar files is about to expire so I'm testing the process to install a new certificate.

I'm following note 1542463.1 the same as I did when I installed the first certificate.  However, after completing all the steps and regenerating the jar files (with force = yes), the certificate information when opening a form is not changed.

I've deleted the java cache on my workstation, but still no change.

What am I missing?

Oracle EBS 12.1.3, OEL 5.9
